On September 28 2026, Reps. Debbie Dingell (D-MI), Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA), Mary Gay Scanlon (D-PA), Tom Kean (R-NJ), Mike Lawler (R-NY), Lateefah Simon (D-CA), and Joe Wilson (R-SC) introduced a resolution (H.Res.1586) that honors the Supreme Court’s 1999 decision in Olmstead v.
