Best Practices for Recruitment Materials:

Before uploading, please ensure your study flyer includes:

  • Images that reflect the target age range of study participants
  • The contact information and credentials of the individual who will be the main point of contact for questions
  • A thorough description of the study/trial/survey
  • Proof of regulatory oversight (IRB, ERB, etc.)
  • Outline of participant inclusion parameters
  • Geographic limitations (if any)
  • Timeline components of the request and any other relevant information
