The Grand Strand Down Syndrome Society Buddy Walk and Festival is a free community event. We will kickoff the event with an awareness walk around the lake at Market Common. Families, community members, non-profit vendors and sponsors will have areas to set up tents. There will be games, inflatables, food trucks, music, raffles and more.
