Brighter Futures: A National Conference on Adults with Down Syndrome and Aging will take place on Friday, March 27th - Saturday, March 28th 2026. It will feature the latest research findings and information from national experts on topics related to adulthood and aging for individuals with Down syndrome. This includes cutting edge research and clinical trials, including those related to Alzheimer's disease; health and wellness including physical fitness, mental health and health equity; education, including transition planning, post-secondary education, and housing options; career exploration and employment; financial planning; authentic community inclusion; and much more!


All are welcome! We are bringing together individuals with Down syndrome, their family members and friends, healthcare professionals, educators, advocates, and others from across the country.
