321go! Fitness Kit

321go! Fitness Kit with guides, a ball and pump, a drawstring bag, a towel, workout bands, and a water bottle

The 321go! Fitness Kit was developed to encourage adults with Down syndrome to adopt an active and healthy lifestyle. This kit provides instructional materials and equipment to make at-home workouts easy and fun. The Fitness Kit includes the 321go! Program Guide, the 321go! Exercise Cards, exercise equipment (jump rope, ball and pump, towel, and resistance band), a water bottle, and a drawstring bag. The Exercise Cards include over 50 endurance, strength, balance, and flexibility exercises with three levels of difficulty that can be done at home with the Fitness Kit as well as instructions on how to create a circuit workout using the cards.

Weekly Tracker

The weekly tracker allows individuals to monitor their progress on the three 321go! daily goals. Research suggests that monitoring progress increases the likelihood of achieving a goal. The tracker allows you to earn a star for each achievement—it’s a fun way to track your progress. Enjoy coloring them or decorating them with your favorite stickers!

Additional Weekly Trackers for Sleep and Water

These trackers provide the opportunity to focus on daily hydration and sleep goals in addition to the three 321go! daily goals. You should aim for 5 large (12-16oz) glasses of water a day and 7-9 hours of sleep each night. Use these trackers to help meet these goals and monitor your progress.
